Authentication

Authentication is handled by Clerk. We store your Clerk user ID to associate content with your account. We do not store passwords.

Content you publish

Content you submit for publication is stored in our database and, once approved, made available in the marketplace. You can delete your content at any time from your library.

Anonymous event logging

We log usage events (content type requested, language, topic count) to understand how the platform is used. Raw prompt text is never stored. Events are tied to an anonymous session cookie, not to your identity.

Payment information

Purchases made through the Card Shop are processed by Stripe. Humagnify does not store your full payment card details.

Paid access to licensed content through Humagnify's agent marketplace is a separate system and is not yet active. Additional payment methods and related privacy terms will be added if and when those services launch. If you add a wallet address in Settings, it is stored as plain text and used only for payment routing.

Card personalization

When you personalize a card, Humagnify collects the information you provide — such as a recipient's name and a personal message — in order to create and deliver the personalized video.

The information you provide may include information about another person, such as the name of a birthday recipient or someone being memorialized. Personalization information may be processed by services involved in generating, storing, and delivering the video. Humagnify uses this information as necessary to create the personalized product, fulfill the order, and operate the service.

Third-party AI services

Content you submit is processed by Anthropic (Claude) for classification, generation, and quality review, and by Magisterium AI for theological accuracy review. These services receive your content as input. Their privacy policies apply to their processing.
