Card Shop Terms

By placing an order in the Humagnify Card Shop you agree to these terms.

The Card Shop is a private communication service. A card is created by a sender for one or more intended recipients and is not published to Humagnify's public content platform. Card messages and personalizations are not subject to Humagnify's public-content review, Catholic-content review, theological review, public ranking, search indexing, or agent discovery. The Humagnify public platform is governed by separate Terms of Use.

What is a card

A Humagnify card is a personalized video — created by a sender, for a recipient — that may include prayer, Scripture, AI-generated imagery, narration, and a personal message from the sender.

Cards are not published to Humagnify's public content platform. They do not appear in public search, public creator pages, public knowledge pages, ranking and discovery systems, public APIs, or agent-facing discovery endpoints. However, anyone who obtains a card's share or video link may be able to view it. The sender is responsible for sharing the link only with people they intend to receive the card.

Purchases

Paid card orders are processed through Stripe. Humagnify does not store your full payment card details. Free products (where the price shown is $0.00) are processed without a payment transaction.

An order is created when you complete the personalization form and confirm your order. For paid orders, payment is authorized through Stripe Checkout. Your order enters production once payment is confirmed. Product descriptions, pricing, and available personalization options are presented through the Card Shop before purchase.

Content is checked for prohibited material before payment is taken. If your personalization is rejected for a content violation, no charge is made and no order is created.

Card generation and delivery

After a successful order, Humagnify generates your personalized card using AI-assisted video, audio, and image production. Generation typically completes within a few minutes but may take longer depending on demand. When your card is ready, a share link becomes available on your order page.

If generation fails due to a technical error, we will attempt to regenerate your card. Contact [email protected] if your card has not been delivered within a reasonable time.

AI-generated card content

Humagnify may use AI to create or assist in creating elements of your card, including prayers, messages, scripts, images, animation, video, and narration. These are provided as a creative service.

AI-generated and AI-assisted content is provided as a creative aid. The sender is responsible for reviewing and approving the final card before sending or sharing it.

Humagnify may offer Catholic-themed templates, prayers, Scripture passages, saint references, and Catholic imagery as part of its creative material. A sender's personal message, however, is the sender's own private communication and is not held to a theological standard by these Terms.

Card Content Rules

These rules apply to everything you type or record for a card: names, messages, other fields, and voice recordings. You agree to them each time you order. Version 2026-09-27.

Never allowed on any card

  • Sexual content of any kind, and anything that sexualizes a minor.
  • Threats, or encouraging violence, self-harm, or suicide.
  • Hate: attacking or demeaning people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • Harassment or bullying, including cards meant to humiliate, intimidate, or frighten the recipient.
  • Disclosure of private information: home addresses, phone numbers, financial account details, government ID numbers, or other information that could be used to locate, identify, or harm a specific person without their consent.
  • Links, web addresses, advertising, or spam.
  • Impersonation: presenting a message as coming from someone who did not send it, or using another person's voice recording without their consent. Voice recordings must be your own voice.
  • Messages presented as coming from, or speaking for, a real public figure such as a candidate, elected official, or celebrity without their authorization.
  • Promoting illegal activity, including drugs, weapons, fraud, or other crimes.
  • Other people's copyrighted material, such as song lyrics or book passages, beyond a brief quotation.

Content ratings

Every card template has a rating, and your text must fit it.

  • Family — no profanity, crude language, or mature themes.
  • General — light humor and teasing; no strong profanity.
  • Mature — stronger language and edgier humor, on templates marked Mature only. Everything in the list above is still never allowed.

Your promises

  • You are at least 18, or a parent or guardian is placing the order.
  • You are using names and personal details for legitimate personal communication — not for impersonation, harassment, deception, doxxing, or violation of another person's rights.
  • Any recording is your own voice and you consent to its use in the card.

How we check

Before you pay, your text is checked automatically using our own rules and an AI moderation service. Voice recordings are transcribed and checked before they are saved. Content that fails is not accepted, and we tell you which field to change. These safety checks do not constitute theological review, endorsement, or approval of your message.

In limited cases, flagged content may be reviewed by authorized Humagnify personnel for safety, abuse prevention, service integrity, or legal compliance. Humagnify may use automated systems to detect prohibited content, abuse, fraud, security threats, or other violations of these Terms.

Several declined attempts in one day pause card orders and recordings on your account for 24 hours. Serious or repeated violations can lead to account suspension. We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as the law requires.

What happens to what you submit

We store your personalization and any recording to make and deliver your card. To do that, they are processed by our service providers for speech, transcription, and content checks. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Reporting a card

Every shared card has a Report this card link. You do not need an account to use it. We review every report. When a report shows that a card contains an intimate image of a real person shared without consent, including one made or altered with AI, we remove the card within 48 hours. Removal deletes the video and any recording, and the share link stops working. For copyright notices, email [email protected].

Refunds and cancellations

If your order is declined or cancelled because it violates these Content Rules and you have already paid, you will be refunded. Contact [email protected] with your order details for any other refund inquiry.

Intellectual property

You grant Humagnify the limited rights necessary to process, generate, store, display, and deliver your card and its associated content to you and the people with whom you choose to share it. This grant does not give Humagnify permission to publish your private card messages in public APIs, public content feeds, search indexes, public AI training datasets, or agent discovery endpoints.

Humagnify retains all rights in its platform software, card templates, visual designs, AI-generated creative elements, branding, and other materials it provides as part of the service.

Data and privacy

Humagnify processes the personalization information, voice recordings, and generated media you provide as necessary to operate the Card Shop service. See our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and store this data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Card Shop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
